RETURN & REFUND POLICY - EK-Trading

⚠️ IMPORTANT: DO NOT send returns directly to EK-Trading. All returns must be pre-approved and sent to our supplier's designated return facility.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN:

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery
  • Email us with your order number and reason for return
  • Wait for approval - We will contact our supplier to verify return eligibility
  • Receive return instructions - If approved, we'll provide the correct return address
  • Ship to supplier - Send items to the address we provide (NOT to EK-Trading)

RETURN CONDITIONS:

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • Return request within 30 days of delivery
  • Supplier approval required for all returns
  • Customer pays return shipping costs
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

REFUND PROCESS:

  • Refunds processed only after supplier confirms receipt
  • Processing time: 5-10 business days after supplier confirmation
  • Refund issued to original payment method

ITEMS WE CANNOT ACCEPT:

  • Items damaged by customer use
  • Items returned without prior approval
  • Items sent to wrong address
