RETURN & REFUND POLICY - EK-Trading
⚠️ IMPORTANT: DO NOT send returns directly to EK-Trading. All returns must be pre-approved and sent to our supplier's designated return facility.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN:
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery
- Email us with your order number and reason for return
- Wait for approval - We will contact our supplier to verify return eligibility
- Receive return instructions - If approved, we'll provide the correct return address
- Ship to supplier - Send items to the address we provide (NOT to EK-Trading)
RETURN CONDITIONS:
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Return request within 30 days of delivery
- Supplier approval required for all returns
- Customer pays return shipping costs
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
REFUND PROCESS:
- Refunds processed only after supplier confirms receipt
- Processing time: 5-10 business days after supplier confirmation
- Refund issued to original payment method
ITEMS WE CANNOT ACCEPT:
- Items damaged by customer use
- Items returned without prior approval
- Items sent to wrong address
