EK-Trading operates as:

  • Marketplace Platform: Providing vendor portal services for third-party sellers

  • Service Provider: Offering coaching, training, and educational programs

EK-Trading holds a valid Swedish F-tax certificate and complies with all relevant tax obligations under Swedish law.

3. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing and using our website, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

4. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

  • We operate as a dropshipping retailer
  • Products are sourced from third-party suppliers
  • Product descriptions and images are provided for general information
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without notice
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notification

5. ORDERING AND PAYMENT

Order Process:

  • Orders are subject to acceptance and availability
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders
  • Payment must be received before order processing
  • All prices are in SEK, EUR, or USD depending on your market

Payment Methods:

  • We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed
  • Payment processing is handled securely through Shopify Payments
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method for all purchases

6. SHIPPING POLICY AND TAX HANDLING

6.1 Included Shipping Costs

  • All prices displayed in our Shopify store include shipping costs within the EU
  • No additional shipping fees will be charged for customers within the European Union
  • For orders outside the EU, additional costs may apply and will be clearly displayed at checkout

6.2 Customs and VAT

  • Through our registrations in the EU's One-Stop Shop (OSS) and Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) systems, we ensure:
    • No unexpected customs fees for EU customers
    • VAT is already included in the price you see at checkout
    • All documentation is handled correctly for cross-border deliveries
  • Our EORI number (SE5904200150) guarantees smooth customs processes

6.3 Sales Strategy and Policy

  • This policy is part of our business model and sales strategy

7. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Return Policy:

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery
  • All returns require prior approval - contact us first
  • Do not send returns to the EK-Trading address
  • Approved returns must be sent to the supplier's designated facility
  • Customer pays return shipping costs
  • Refunds are processed only after the supplier confirms receipt

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items damaged by customer use
  • Items returned without prior approval
  • Final sale items (if marked as such)

8. WARRANTIES AND DISCLAIMERS

Limited Warranty:

  • Products are covered by manufacturer warranties where applicable
  • We disclaim all other warranties, express or implied
  • Products are sold "as is" to the extent permitted by law

Disclaimer:

  • We are not responsible for product defects or manufacturing issues
  • Warranty claims should be directed to the manufacturer
  • We make no guarantees about product performance or suitability

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • We are not responsible for supplier actions or product quality issues
  • Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product
  • Liability for coaching and training services is limited to the extent permitted by law

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • All website content is owned by Creman Innovation or licensed to us
  • Product images and descriptions may be provided by suppliers
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works
  • Trademarks and brand names belong to their respective owners
  • All educational content, coaching materials, presentations, and training programs are protected by copyright

11. CONFIDENTIALITY AND INTEGRITY

All individuals and entities engaging with EK-Trading agree to:

  • Maintain strict confidentiality of all business information
  • Uphold professional and personal integrity of all parties
  • Respect intellectual property rights of content creators
  • Not reproduce or distribute protected materials without permission

Breach of these terms may result in a penalty fee of no less than EUR 10,000 or actual damages, whichever is greater, plus potential legal action.

12. USER CONDUCT

You agree not to:

  • Interfere with website operation or security
  • Submit false or misleading information
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

15. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes shall be resolved in Swedish courts, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

For consumer disputes:

  • Initial resolution through customer service
  • Escalation to Swedish consumer protection agencies
  • Alternative dispute resolution available through EU platforms
